Iceland use to have great bargains and good deals. However having tried some of the dishes they produce now I feel that quality has lost out to low prices. Their Cottage pie I tried the meat was very tough and quite a lot of gristle was in the dish. If they are using cheap cuts they should cook the meat longer before including it in the pie. I understand that price is an option but not at the expense of some taste and quaility. Come on Iceland you can do it get back to the quality dishes you use to present. I for one use to love them.

If there online shopping app was more efficient this would have got 5 stars but after spending 1.5 hours ordering my food and then having a message saying my bank card details were incorrect and order was cancelled I quit and went to Tesco's.  Having said that I do pop into the store to buy bits and pieces and find the prices quite reasonable and although some of their own brand food is not to my taste, most of it is very tasty.

Really good value for money would reccomend, have always shopped here over years, but would say its vastly improved on type of products it sells and delivery service very good and friendly.
