My local Iceland, staff are very friendly and helpful. They offer home delivery if your spending over £25 and there is a Taxi pick up area outside. The car park is a bit small but Morrisons carpark is directly across the road. Never had any problems with this store and I have been shopping there for over 7 years.

6 staff this morning in pontefract iceland delay at tills as cashier informed none of staff trained to use till and noone coming to train till afternoon que and cashier could not operate till eventually did so after customers had long wait -terrible!

They have a very ill mannered little slaphead working there, who can often be found getting in the way around the tills.
