I don't know who's responsible for doing the ordering at this supermarket and unfortunately it's my local but they never have what I need! Fresh food, chilled food, frozen food and bread have all beenissing on the shelves. This is week on week! I travel much further a field now to get what I need because it's guaranteed that half my shopping list won't be in stock.
The gluten free freezer has been broke for several weeks now. I asked if they could get me what I needed from the back as the sign on the fridge says and a staff member told me it’s “not in stock” then not two minutes later I asked an older gentlemen towards the meat isle and he politely got what I asked for such a credit to the team but I still give the one start review as people with autoimmune disease’s that can’t travel and live local rely on this supermarket to fix the freezer or atleast have all staff members be honest to customers

It’s not a bad supermarket for the layout but ordering through uber eats is horrific, each time you never receive half of what you want and it looks like pure laziness. They also accept the order and it switches to start shopping however they don’t start actually shopping until a delivery driver is provided and waiting. Poor customer service and experience
Sick to death of being expected to shop whilst freezing cold. It's ridiculous.nThe staff downstairs all complain about how warm the upstairs offices are.nGood selection of goods. Although the prices go up on leaps and bounds each week.nOther supermarkets are not this cold.nThinking of shopping in Selby.
