They failed to respond to my email pointless having an email waited 5 days no response. Face to face poor service I have suggested my child to speak to their school and find another store who will sell their uniform as we are not happy how they over charge in store and not match what is stated online. Report to Trading Standards.
My experience was very strong. He has abused me because I am a woman and I cannot defend myself. I have gone with my 3-year-old daughter to make a change and the owner has been very rude and aggressive, laughing at me for not speaking English well and using the translator. While I was arguing with him, he suddenly attacked me and hit me on the back and pushed me so hard to the door. I was asking him to stop, I'm pregnant, but he didn't even listen to me. He has thrown me out, he has thrown my things into the street and he has closed the door and my 3-year-old daughter inside crying, the mother in the street and the 3-year-old daughter inside with. He was very angry, I was very scared, slamming the door and screaming I want my daughter, asking people for help but since I don't speak English he was telling people something I didn't understand, people left. I called the police and they told me I have no witnesses and his camera does not work. There was a lady but she left before the police come. On the same day she had bleeding and went to the emergency room and they confirmed that I could lose my baby at any time.
Very good shop ! Amazing staff !!! Very good service .. THE PRICE U PAY IS FOR QUALITY! not any normal Asda or Tesco clothes that ruin after 2 washes ! The quality it’s very good in all there clothes ! Staff are so friendly and management is super helpful when having a problem!
I didn't check the bill when I paid until on my way home, I found that they charged me wrong price for the school bag. The price for the bag should be 5.42 according to their website and also school website, but cashier charged me 6.5. Since my traffic cost is high, I can only let it go but would say this shop is not honor, please ensure to double check the price before any payment.

Purchased my brother’s school uniform from here, couldn’t recommend their service more as they were quick & efficient and went above & beyond for all my inquiries too.
No priority for disabled people Ask the tall Asian man said no priority can be given to any disabled people wait or come tomorrow Had to wait long wait 1 hour wait from outside Also quality is bad since 2years More uniform in newham that does uniform for Cumberland school ,kaizen , Brampton school Please make more uniform shop available or have it in schools or in tesco Asda other shops or even next This is unfair on anyone who wants to get uniform
Just been to Ian Howard store for the last few bits of uniform needed for new school & had wonderful friendly service from Lauren .. thank you
Store advertised opens at 0900 and one opened until 1000. Absolute rubbish
This is the only school uniform shop that don’t never check their mailbox. Any time you call the mail box is always full.
