Taxi was booked for 19:20 but wasn't there at 19:23 so we rang and he had left already becuase the driver couldn't find us, didn't think to call us to ask for directions. When it finally came it was 40 minutes late. Guy on the phone was helpful though.

Absolutely wonderful and friendly drivers. Used quite a few times. New best taxi firm in Exeter, and they provide services to fit all. They do go out of their ways to ensure customers are happy and satisfied.
