Excellent service. So easy to set up an account and book online. Pre payment is possible as well as cash or card at the end of your journey. I downloaded the app in moments and was able to see when my driver was on route and had arrived. My driver picked me up promptly and was friendly. I had absolutely no issues from start to finish and would certainly use them again. I had tried to book with another company today who had terrible customer relations Apple. I am so pleased that I went with star taxis instead. Use with confidence. Thank you so much.
Taxi was cancelled 25mins before journey with the reason being no payment received. However when I booked the taxi I asked for card payment but the fare was booked as cash payment, when I tried to prepay the site wouldn't let me because it was cash payment. No idea how they expected me to pay for the fare in cash beforehand. Will not use again!! I received a PAYMENT link, not a PayPal link, and it wouldn't allow me to prepay through that link

Fantastic service - middle of night booking to take us to airport bus. Driver was early and waited for us to be ready, then waited with us at bus stop so we didn’t have to stand in the cold. Communication all through was excellent- thank you!ServicesService not listed

Got me where I needed to be took advantage of lack of taxis in area and charges quite a bit.
Made a pre-booking with confirmation email, taxi didn’t arrive, called and they said they had to cancel it- after it was due to arrive. Unbelievably useless. Avoid.ServicesService not listed
