Loose Drain cover on Honiton Road Exeter
reported to council who have in turn reported it to you as you have ownership of the cover. For the last 2 weeks my husband and I have been kept awake at night by a loose drain cover that was not relaid properly after the completion  of water works on Friday 31st March. Every time a vehicle drives over the cover it makes a horrendous double bang. There has been no effort to resolve the issue to date and as its a bank holiday weekend approaching I assume we will have this noise for at  least another week. Pleaseeeee resolve this problem before we go mad!

Headquarters of South West Water. Very nice company to work with; take customer satisfaction vey seriously. The building is equipped with a huge solar array.
