I recently purchased a vehicle from the dealership and was helped by Lloyd. He was a fantastic help and answered any and all questions that I had an went above and beyond in making sure that I was comfortable with the decisions I was making as well as getting the best possible deal. This is one of the first times that I have purchased a car where I did not feel like a number and actively felt like they were trying to offer good customer service beyond just 'selling a car'. Can highly recommend!
Kerri was lovely, not too technical which suited me. As it happened I was about 15 minutes early for our appointment and as Kerri was busy with another client she let me have the keys to my new car to have a look round. This was really helpful as I did all the simple things like getting my seat and steering wheel comfortable to suit me, see where the light switches are etc. I also had a very quick scan of the manual. I really recommend that all new owners have a few minutes to introduce themselves to the new hopefully love of their life.
Most helpful and lovely person. Nothing too much trouble. Cannot praise Holly enough for all she did for me. I was lucky to get her as my sales person.

Above and beyond service received today. Ian was absolutely fantastic, listened to our requirements and fulfilled them with no pressurising. Another lady whose name we sadly didn't discover was also exceptionally helpful and very friendly. Highly recommend the team.

I booked a small Hyundai in for an interim service. They beat the price of every other garage I tried, and threw in free breakdown cover. The car was ready right on time, clean and tidy inside and out. They're on the edge of town and there's only so much you can do to fill in time. I had to wait for an hour but their showroom was warm and the coffee was hot. Staff were all very welcoming and helpful.
