Staff at the Yeovil branch were very apologetic and nice lads, but the rest of the business is woeful. From booking my windscreen for replacement to getting the correct one fitted took 3 months!!!!! After 3rd mess up I was eventually offered £60, but then at the next appointment date when I was first mobile fitting of the day, no one turned up, no phone call, no text, nothing. Was told someone was off ill, but was told a week later that for the 3rd time, the wrong glass had turned up. And I also noticed today that they've attached my windscreen wiper arms about 3 inches too high so they finish their stroke in my line of sight.

Quoted me £226.00 for a rear quarter light. The next highest quote was half that price and the best was £80. I can only assume that as they were referred to me by my insurance company they decided to price gouge.
