Do not use. They will “miss place” your order, and give you the worst customer service in regards to fixing this issue.
The Yeovil lynx trading estate branch has the most friendly staff ever, and some if them the sexiest as well. Web page is not the best, don't like the fact that I have to order online to get it cheaper, way to much hustle. They are covid stupid by the way...
1 - enter reg number 2 - get directed to the part for your specific car 3 - buy and receive part for your car 4 - ITS THE WRONG PART for my car lol 5 - call customer service and receive the "if you picked the wrong product at Tesco how is it our fault" analagy from customer service 6 - EURO CAR PARTS FAIL 7 - 1 star review - what a load of rubbish!

Best branch I've visited, Bill is always polite, helpful and very professional. Very happy with the customer service i have received every time i have used ECP in Yeovil.
Excellent service and good advice. The gentleman on the counter explained the pros and cons of each product to ensure that the decision made was the right one. This didn't mean the advice was to buy the most expensive but instead to buy the most appropriate product for my needs.
Good supply of parts and consumables, be sure to order on line for collection to gain the best saving as you can't use promo codes in store. This usually catches customers out who then descend into having a good hissy fit at whichever poor soul is on the till, this makes it quite awkward when your in the queue wondering how long it'll be before you get dragged into the situation.
Very helpful and reasonably priced. Excellent service.
Ordered from them yesterday, payed extra £4.95 for express delivery. Absolute joke. Order hasn't arrived and can't track the parcel. Please do yourself a favour and don't waste your time.
Had most of what I wanted and got the rest in for the next day
