Stayed here for Valentine’s Day with my partner for 2 nights. The staff were friendly and polite. The facilities absolutely amazing really worth the money! Had a nice swim and made the most of the hot tub and sauna! Had a sea front view, comfortable bed and an amazing shower! The only thing that was a little disappointing was on our last day they forgot about our breakfast order so we had to have it a little late therefore there was no fresh fruit salad.. however they did give us extra yogurt to compensate. The town is near by and full of loads and loads of great shops! Thanks for having us. We recommend this highly and will be back!

Very nice hotel, rooms are clean and large with a great view. Bar food is really really good. Spa is very nice but Jacuzzi needs lots of work as it is too cold, and has no water jets.

I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff are friendly and welcoming. They do everything they can to make sure that your visit is enjoyable. The gym is well equipped and the pool is large enough to swim. All the rooms have recently been renovated to a high standard. There is some building work going on at the moment to the main entrance and car park. But this did not detract from our stay. The breakfast is a Buffett style from cereals, continental pastries and full English with the option for freshly cooked items like kippers, eggs Benedict etc. The tables were cleared quickly and unobtrusively. I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed with your stay

Great room. Very helpful staff. The gym was very good and had lots of equipment. The food was very nice and the styling has been improved since my last visit.

I’ve visited here several times and although previously maintaining original styling, the rooms had begun to look quite tired. The event refurbishment has completely changed the hotel, with rooms now light, airy and luxurious feeling. The colour scheme is easy on the eye, although I kept expecting to find Lenny Henry in my bed. Fortunately, I didn’t. The food served by the restaurant is very good although the breakfast wasn’t fantastic- it was clearly intended to serve as many guests as possible for as little money as possible. I will definitely be going back.
