Super Helpfull, fantastic customer service, I first came across this company through an advert on eBay for Hot Tub moving after I bought a second hand Tub. Then used them again when I moved house. Since then I have traded that Tub in for a New One. Again after shopping around I returned to Hydro-Active, Customer Service is Faultless, I can Honestly say I would not go anywhere else for Anything Hot Tub related and would not hesitate to recommend them.

This has to be one of the best showrooms in the UK. Fantastic selection of Hot hubs and very Friendly Knowledgeable Staff joy to do business with.

I can't praise the service enough, we have had our tub for some years now but always get excellent service from Andy and his Staff who are always ready to answer any queries we might have. I would recommend them to anyone
