We purchased a hot tub from Artesian Doncaster for our daughters 18 Birthday Maisie who has Down Syndrome and wanted a spa which would provide hydrotherapy for her muscles  ,. We don't know anyone with a hot tub so we started our search in our local area . we found this company very professional, no hard selling just lots of good advice.
 
The sales team were so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly,  the hot tub was delivered a day before Maisies birthday, the delivery  team were lovely and set it up in a couple of hours, we just had to wait for it to fill up with water.

After using the hot tub for a few weeks, I can honestly say it is amazing, Maisie has been in it when its snowing, late at night watching the stars, every afternoon after college. all the family love it . 

I would highly recommend this company

Me and my wife purchased our Hot Tub from Artesian Spas as a retirement present about 2 years ago. We can honestly say that we get a great deal of enjoyment from it, as do our friends and  family especially our young grandchildren. I have found that Artesian are friendly and efficient and always available to give advice and guidance on maintaining the water and running our spa. Would recommend them to anyone wishing to purchase a spa.

We visited the Brigg site to get some info on a swim spa, we were directed to Doncaster as they had a demo we could look at before buying. Once the the sales women asked plenty of questions and we actually settled on a standard spa as it suited our needs  better. Everyone from sales to installation staff are very friendly and constantly insist you ring them if your worried about anything.

I did wonder if I'd be able to figure out what chemicals to put in but it's soo simple it's untrue.

The cover does have a lock on it which comes in handy to keep the sister-in-law out of it while we're away on honeymoon.
I would highly recommend to anyone

Just like to say a Big thank you to all at Artesian of Doncaster. And a Big thankyou to Carl At Brigg Garden Centre. For all his help in making me and the wife choose the right hot Tub for us ..To the Gentleman how came and did a site survey. .to all the Lads how helped install it. . I would have no hesitation  on 
Recommending them  .First class job been done by all .thank you. .

Our experience with Artesian Spa's has been flawless from the minute we stepped into the show room to the delivery and installation of our spa. The staff working in the show room were extremely knowledgable and quickly helped us find the spa to suit us. Even after the hot tub was installed we found them very easy and friendly to approach when we needed further advice. We are very happy with our purchase and have already recomended the company to family and friends.
