Started off well. Went downhill. A dental surgery charging these prices should be able to do a full mouth x-ray, not send patients to DRI.

Finally, my return visit a few hours later after the x-ray was greeted with "he'll be about 20 minutes", where 20 minutes>60 minutes.

Finally it turned into a sales pitch.

Strangely, I could travel to India and have all my treatments done there for less than the price they quoted.

I have always been nervous about going to the dentist but decided to try Fountain health on the recommendation of my mother and i am so glad i did. Everyone at the clinic is so pleasant and nothing is too much trouble (even if you ring late to change an appointment!!). All your treatment options are discussed in detail as many times as you want but you never feel pressurised into having any treatment, then you just move along through any treatment you decide to have at your own pace. My treatment has been carried out by Dr Ihsan Khaliq who was so understanding of my fears and made sure at all times that i was happy with what he was doing and understood exactly what was happening. If all dentists were like these there would be no nervous people !!!
