One of the least developed stations in Manchester: barely integrated into the local bus network, tiny shelters despite being the main station of a major town, only just getting LED boards to replace paper timetables. Train frequency is every half hour in the day but becomes very, very infrequent in the evenings. Not to mention it gets the worst trains! In short, it's bad but it's going to get a lot better in the next few years.
