I could not recommend Tom and HW Solicitors enough. I had a small car accident back in 2018 where my car was written off at the hands of an irresponsible driver, not paying attention to the road. Tom dealt with everything on my behalf, kept me informed and secured me a satisfactory result and pay-out. As fate would have it, in 2020 I then encountered a second, this time much more serious accident by an uninsured, hit and run driver in a stolen vehicle. On top of this I had 4 young children in the car with me. This was obviously quite a traumatic experience but I didn't hesitate to contact Tom to deal with the claim on my behalf. Due to Covid-19 delays and the fact this was a complex case as the driver was never located, the claim has taken almost 2 years to be settled. Tom has kept me informed at every stage, quickly responded to any query I've had and has dealt with everything for me and again has secured a very satisfactory result. I could not recommend Tom and HW Solicitors enough. Whilst I am very much hoping not to have to use his services again, should I need to, I would not hesitate to call him. Thank you again Tom for everything!
