This law Centre are incredible, they helped me win my case against a disgusting council. They keep you informed and provide great advice and assistance. Don't be put off if they sometime can't take new clients due to high demand. They always start back again after a few months.

I was referred to Jacqueline Clarke here who was supposed to be a benefits specialist but told me totally wrong information about PIP mandatory reconsideration. She said that a MR wouldn't ever change the outcome which is a lie! She said it is court only which isn't true whatsoever. I questioned her and she didn't reply. I replied again and she wouldn't accept blame and said that if I question her that she won't reply. I replied and she turned on out of office until 1st Feb. Much too late for my MR! How utterly childish to do that. She should have said sorry and gave correct info, instead she tried to pass blame to me! I would never ever use them again because of this.
Mr Usman is one of the most genuine helpful people that I have ever come across, absolutely brilliant how he has helped my mum! Can not thank him enough. Citizens advice in Huddersfield is fantastic, really make you feel like there is someone out there to help when you don't no what to do.

it was very good I asked em about how to put a complaint in with Bt and put in a claim as bt engineers have been saying its the phone mast that brakes up the picture on the TV for 2 years and it turns out it's the TV aerial that was fitted wrong by bt this is why I've had a bad picture for 2 years
Even though they were unable to help me with my problem they were still able to provide me with information, pointing me in the right direction to where I could get the help I needed. Friendly and helpful staff
Very bad staff unhelpful just lost my money 3 time I called regarding wrong arrested I needed some advise first they hang up the phone when I said police wrong arrested me,second the guy with attitude says I can’t help third one answer call says ring thise number! it was the same wich is I rang,!!!
Brilliant, needed help to get back on my feet after a heart attack, they got me sorted with benefits which helped to get me out of a bout of depression, nothing but good things to say about the organisation
I have received good advice here but the waiting time may be too long for some people. Staff here is friendly.
