I was referred to this Company by YES Personal Inury.  Matthew Dickerson dealt with the matter.  The case was handled appalling from start to finish.  The Physiotherapist they referred me to got critical information wrong.  My telephone calls and emails went unanswered for over 3 weeks at a time.  I was pressured into taking out an Insurance Policy that as it turns our would not cover me for any losses incurred anyway. I was then felt to feel as though my claim was "made up" and felt forced into accepting an offer of settlement.  I was not supported by the firm whatsoever throughout the process.  The firm then charged an un-proportionate fee for the level of service provided.  When I complained my complaint was brushed off.  AVOID THIS FIRM LIKE THE PLAGUE. USE THEM AT YOUR PERIL.

Not at all happy with the efforts made, they charge like a raging bull and a pathetic show in court, when they send the correct representation! Only 1 winner in this lot! 💩
