Worse bus company EVER most drives are rude, intimidating & just cant be botherd with anyone.. wish i didnt have to use this bus but only one i can get.. they seriously need shaking up

Trevor who drives the 156, he's got bad manners, calls girls 'soft'. And then decides to say if we don't pay him 80p. He'll not let us on the bus hang on a min I paid with a fiver where else am i meant get 80p from!!! Aha what a joke. I'm 16 and tbh th I hate his guts wether he's 62 or not. He doesn't have very good manners, there manger is useless he doesn't know how to send an email back to from the compliant I've made. Also sort the times out 8:04!!! It should be 7:50.

Hourly bus service, then after a full day at work half the time it goes "out of service" but driver doesn't ring manager to tell them as they are supposed to. So if you ring them to ask they tell you no it's just late. One hour later I'm still sat here! Could've gone and had a coffee or shopping.
