I ordered a replacement fence panel at 4pm one day, it was delivered the next day and the driver was cheerful and so helpful, taking away the damaged panel and even slotting the new one in. Job done - so much quicker and less stressful than husband action. Thank you.

Ordered 7am on Wednesday was advised delivery on Friday. Telephoned Friday was told would be delivered that day, had help available ready to do the manual work. The delivery did not arrive despite telephoning and being assured it was the last drop of the day. It arrived Saturday morning no apology no telephone call. Very poor customer service.

Very good for everything you need for DIY or trade. Very experienced staff who are helpful and friendly.

I am constantly in and out of huws gray. I have used many other well known builders merchants, none of these even come close to huws gray. Very helpfull team, really good prices. I cant say anything negative about this place as i have always had my needs met. 5 stars for service and range of stock

Visited Huws Gray to purchase building supplies on wed 19/07/2017 the person we spoke to at the front desk was not interested in what we had to say if this person worked for me at my company i would have to remove him from speaking to customers immediately,not everyone who visits your stores know about building materials,we had just come from Howdens in Ellesmere Port and Spent £12000 with them outstanding customer service,from one conversation with your staff member has cost  your local shop a potential £15000 in materials. Ordered tonne bag gravel mix , but on got half a bag they used the top half of the bag to transport the bags of cement I required  , called them to complain but they was not interested  as they have been paid

Always helpful and accommodating, they go the extra mile.
