Barbour ABI provides an excellent and economic source of up to date information on those particular construction projects on which our acoustic panels might be suitable. We're able to identify and contact the project architects at the right time in the design process to introduce and get our products specified and, ultimately ordered. I've always found Barbour ABI client managers very helpful, quick to respond and supportive.

i have past experience of ABI and did not hesitate to re-engage with them in my new company. All the staff are experienced, very helpful, pleasant and nothing is any trouble. I would recommend their data services to anyone. I did research and shop around and ABI is competitive. Tip: Focus on what you need, the subscription is flexible and you can expand your criteria later. Don't fall into the trap of taking too much information at first if you haven't the time to utilize it. The information is accurate and I find it a valuable tool for my business.

Barbour ABI has been an excellent tool for our Project Tracking Team. The customer service team are very quick to respond to our requests for additional information. The website is very user friendly and took minimal time to navigate and learn to use it in a way which best suits our needs. In addition to our research team our External Reps are also seeing the benefits of the service with the website and the on the go app. It enables them to see which companies and projects are in the current area they are visiting. This allows them to work more efficiently with their time and is a much more environmentally friendly way of running an external team

Nathalie Armitage is professional polite and very helpful, cannot ask for more. Overall very good. Some Information is old, but the majority is up to date. I do agree with some reviews that their T&C's are not always highlighted well...so do read the contract well before signing contract. New Accounts and Sales achieved..... just coming to end of years contract.

My experience of Barbour ABI to date has been that they are very focused on customer satisfaction. They pick up the phones immediately or will call you back with 5 - 10 mins, They react to feedback with 24 hours usually. The information is 98% accurate. I rely quite heavily on Barbour ABI and would have no reservations recommending them. Great Value for money Service.
