Most helpful landlord we have ever used. Efficient and responsive, the care we have had makes them stand out. Issues are dealt with promptly and the estates manager takes time to check that tenants are satisfied. Currently using Northwich Business Centre

Great value office space, well maintained.

My wife took out a lease on a suite at Northwich Business Centre in early 2020 and I have now followed suit by leasing a suite for my own business in 2021.  Most importantly the dealings that I have had with the staff main contact - Rachel Winterburn has been first class. In business I believe that people skills are key and Rachel has been brilliant in helping myself and my wife settle our businesses smoothly into their new homes. She has always been on hand to answer any queries and works in a professional yet personable manner which is always appreciated.  The facilities are great and the shared spaces are always kept impressively clean. The location is right in the centre of the growing town of Northwich and on site parking is provided.  I look forward to our future at the business centre.  Sam
