I found Max to be a joy to deal with. He is reliable. knowledgeable, honist, trustworthy and fair. Huntswood Motor Company have been established for some time and have a great reputation. They offer an extensive range of good quality vans at sensible prices and are sure to have or be able to source according to needs. I found them to be entirely satisfactory and will not hesitate to go back to them in the future.
I've left it 6 month's to review so I can give an honest opinion after a good few miles. I arranged a viewing of a fully loaded l2 connect van with Darren the father of the partnership. Van was exactly as described on the Internet. After taking for a good test drive I agreed a figure with Darren slightly adjusted in my favour. Darren insisted that the vehicle would be completely valeted and the broken reflector replaced before delivery. I was amazed the vehicle would be delivered as I live 60 miles away. Unfortunately for poor Darren the day of delivery was a train strike and on completion of delivery he had to get an uber back to his garage . True story and unbelievable service. After a few day's I had a minor issue with the van and contacted Darren. Approx midday. To my amazement Darren said give me a few hour's and he would come over in a courtesy van and take mine away. Van was sorted and back with me in a couple of day's with no inconvenience to me at all. Yes bit of a long post but cannot recommend Huntswood motor company any more highly. Truly top class service from a family run business
Great service. I purchased a Boxer van and noticed after 2 days that the sliding door did not lock. I contacted them to advise then contacted the warranty provider. Unfortunately this item was not covered by warranty provider. However Huntswood paid my local garage on the day they received invoice and before work was completed. That is customer service at its best. I would give more than 5 stars if possible.nI know of other garages that would say it was not under warranty and so hard luck.
Very good customer service. Part exchanged my van for a good price and brought a newer van for a competitive price as well. It was nice to deal with an honest car dealer.
Part exchanged my van for a VW Caddy. Highly recommend Huntswood Motor Company. High level of customer service. Max was honest and knowledgeable, diligent in making sure the van was prepared properly for sale. Delivered to my home when requested. A very positive buying experience
