Great free day out, large car park from where you can walk in the woods and see carvings, chalk cliffs and ponds, walking under tunnels of tree lined paths. Or you can walk across  Humber Bridge 1.4 miles from here aswell. Children's play area plus adults exercise machines are available next to a small cafe just near the car park.

Cliff Rd, Hessle HU13 0HE Makes a really nice couple of hours park up.nThere is usually a smashing ice cream van and seating .nSit and enjoy a tranquil view of the Humber estuary, enjoy your ice cream then take a steady walk under the brand back.

Lovely little park with walks down to see the impressive Humber Bridge. Can walk along the bridge if you feel up to it. Not too noisy on the bridge which was a surprise!

A good place to walk and chill. There are some benches you can sit on. Here is the closest greenery if you live in Hull. There is a small park for the children, too. Also, it has a small free parking. You can enjoy the sunset in a relaxing evening.

Wonderful views from under the bridge at Hessle. Went for lunch in the Hopgrove and the food was excellent . Visited the chalk .mill and daw the rat
