I do not feel that my privacy is respected in this library. I am constantly harassed as there is an assistant consistently standing behind me watching me. I was told to lower the volume of my computer which I did, then later on I was asked, "Why are you even here" , I said I am studying yet I was then again constantly followed as I am working on the pc.
Went into to print some stuff off, spoke to the very friendly receptionist about printing and subsequently took ten minutes logging in and learning the wifi printing app which had the instructions printed on the wall. After multiple failures of the app the receptionist asked another member of staff what the problem was who just said 'oh that doesn't work here', despite the instructions being printed on the wall. No apology or recognition of the ridiculuousness of the useless instructions being printed on the wall. Total waste of time - thankfully there are other libraries nearby so I won't have to go back.
Great place to spend with the kids, wish it had more tables and chairs for the kids
It's a lovely little modern library, at first I was shocked that the Hulme library was moving to the moss side leisure centre! A couple of occasions there have been silly hang outs, hanging around and being disrespectful.. the staff managed the situation well. Good selection of books for all Fast working computers Ok customer services.
nice library but a bit small and many books are overlapped so you can't search easily.
Great experience. Helping staff. Happy happy..
