Everything was fast and smooth from order to delivery apart from when opening parcel there was no jacket just a empty mountain equipment bag and my invoice have contacted company but no response

Went for January deal & got one, great selection & some great offers. The staff were helpful & gave some advice.
delivery quicker than expected a lot quicker .when I contacted store about what courier they would be using to which I was asked which courier would I like,which is cool . I use evri because local driver delivers at 9am pretty much on the button every day which saves me hanging around all day. we'll played dudes. I couldn't fault any part of my dealings with store , nice one dudes.

Bought a pair of walking boots from the shop the staff were busy sorting out stock but were friendly and helpful will return.
Really awkward! We’re tourists and my packing cubes broke so I went here to get some new ones. One of the staff members was following me constantly wherever I went and when I said I was browsing through he kept on walking behind me. I then asked other staff members for the product and they did not have it - I wanted to leave but the first guy followed me all the way from upstairs to the entrance… super weird!
