Excellent place to park up and get into the city. The car park is free, there is also buses here, and opposite the tram stop is a Tesco and McDonald’s. You can park in the car park for free and the tram service is very frequent, you’re not waiting too long. Will definitely use again.
I have used the park and ride many times when going to the concert hall in Nottingham. Free to park. If it earlier in the day it can be short on spaces, however we last used it on a Sunday evening and there were plenty of parking places. Would highly recommend. If you have a senior travel bus pass you can use this on the tram. Just scan it at the little box on the platform.
Parked up, purchased a day ticket for the tram, went about our day and returned to the car. I was hesitant how it would work, just leaving the car with no ticket, but no issues. Tram was regular and quick access into the city centre.
As park & rides go this one rules! Lots of space & parking... Clearly signposted not bad ticket prices. If 2 adults with or without children the family ticket is worth purchase. Convenient for supermarket across the road which has toilets...
Easy parking and access to trams. Great way to get to Nottingham without the hassel.
