As much as I,m sure the service is satisfactory in the local branch, the telephone support or customer relations are diabolical. Avoid at all costs if you do not want to here cheesy elevator music from an Indian call centre for over an 1 1/2 in my case. I was and am still calling from abroad on an urgent matter , I am still on hold & it seems to be never ending . It is a shame there is not less than 1 star to award :(
