Went in today with an issue with my account. Even though there wasn't someone there who would normally help me, the lady at the front desk went out of her way to fix my issue so i didn't need to make an appointment for another day! Really pleased and the service was very quick

Branch gets busy on times but staff are friendly and are very helpful using machines for the first time, which helps me not have to use counter!

They might as well be closed for the weekend. No counter service on a Saturday. Staff member who I asked spoke to me rather rudely.

Karen Maynard senior banking operations manager at this branch and Ophelia Parsons from Cowbridge Road Branch , need a customer service course urgently so that they do not upset some of their customer who have banked with them for 18 years and do not speak English very well.
