THE SERVICE WE HAVE RECEIVED HAS BEEN NO LESS THAN AWFUL. NO TWO STAFF WE ENCOUNTERED SANG FROM THE SAME HYMN SHEET, AND AS A RESULT OF THIS WE HAD TO MAKE AT LEAST 4 OR 5 APPOINTMENTS TO THIS BRANCH.THIS WILL COME TO AN END WHEN i CLOSE THE 6 ACCOUNTS, BELONGING TO MY GRANDCHILDREN. I visited the Halifax store Bridgend recently and found that the customer service was awful, I was greeted by a lady with short blonde hair who waved me away in an attempt to speak to the person behind me, I then stood there waiting until someone could be bothered to serve me! Absolutely outraged:)

Customer service is poor and they charge for everything. overdraft fees are toooooo much.
