lovely place to do your shopping, cafe is absolute crap. asked for a fountain drink, every flavour gone and nothing in the fridges. food was even worse, asked for a regular fries, came out with a undercooked sausage bap. asked for ketchup and they gave me sugar packets??? also took forever the man serving us said hang on one moment and carried on talking to his mate!!!! never coming again

Good store, stock can sometimes be a bit erratic on a number of occasions not having what I have popped in for. Staff very friendly, large self checkout area, there is normally not to much of a queue for tils. Parking is ample. One pet hate is sometimes getting stopped by forceful charity workers on entry or leaving, really puts me off, perhaps they could be less intrusive.

I am writing this review solely for The Blonde woman on customer service with a Cardiff accent I didn’t get her name as I was batting back the attack from her!nI used my blue light card which is attached to my Asda card I am very aware that it ends on the 27th! and had my 20 year old Autistic daughter with me I paid for my shopping and she was Really Rude to me and when it came to ME paying for my daughters items with my own moneynI was verbally attacked because my blue light card is only for my purchases well they were mine and my daughters she lives in my house and you made her feel very uncomfortable and I as a loyal customer since the open of the store will be sure to NEVER shop at Asda again disgraceful treatment for no apparent reason.nAnd just incase you have the decency to read this review my daughter has crippling anxiety and will not pay for her own groceries hence the reason I was buying her Lilo and stitch sweatshirt!!! You ignorant woman!

Lovely place to do shop. They have great prices and quality products, with very friendly and helpful staff.

No one came to give me my click and collect George parcel, after waiting nearly 24 minutes I left store without parcel..My account now shows collected, abd Cystoner Service has refused me a refund..So no parcel and no refund..
