Went there this morning for click and collect, after 15 mins I asked lady on tobacco counter how long I had to wait. She said she would check. Another 5 mins and security came and told me, due to adverse weather click and collect would not be open as not enough staff, although they were walking around the store in two's. I asked for the manager and was told he would go himself and get my parcel. When he came down he said it wasn't there. I showed him my ticket that said it was and told him I had an email of confirmation. He sent a man up for it who previously had been ambling around the store with a female employee. Another 10 mins and he came back with my parcel. Only waited for around three quarters of an hour. Glad I wasn't stuck outside in the snow waiting. Always said it was a slap dash store anyway. 2 * for management effort.

A halfway decent supermarket which annoys me intensely, but I come back every month or two. It never has everything I want and sometimes seems to be like a massive jumble sale for mannerless Neanderthals. But they are better than the other major supermarkets in certain areas. More innovative products, better clothing options and they occasionally have some decent apples. I’d come more often if I didn’t have to enter through the cancerous smog from the smokers and vapers colony stationed permanently outside the main entrance.

Asda Bridgend a fantastic place to shop. It's convenient has friendly staff and price friendly. The George has good clothes and good in the cafe is good. The only grumble that i have is it should be a 24/7 business.
