Had major problem changing the old £10.00 note the cashier decided that I had too many besides the manager saying it was not a problem, I wasn't very happy when she didn't take my word for it and made me wait while she went to see the manager, this after being a loyal bussiness customer for 42 years!!!

Very nice cooperative service, absolutely outstanding. Customer service officer served just like a very helpful friend. Especially MS kettie. Excellent.

Poor service, some rude staff most of the time ,not willing to help there customers . That's my experience anyway obviously can't speak fir other customers.
