I chose Howells to act on my behalf in the purchase of my home because of their great on-line reviews. I'd recently sold my previous property using an on-line conveyancer which was a hugely frustrating experience because they were never available when I called, they didn't keep me informed and they left me to do much of the information gathering from the local authority.

Although Howells weren't the cheapest, they were like a breath of fresh air compared with my previous experience. I met with Joanna early in the process to explain my requirements and immediately I felt confident that my interests would be well managed. The team always responded to phone calls and kept me informed of progress.

From my perspective, the most important things in the whole process were regular communication of information and being willing and able to answer my questions. The team at Howells Solicitors Newport really excelled at this!

I don't give 5 star ratings very often but I'm very happy to do so in this case.
