Excellent service. I found Magda and Mr Foster to be professional and replied to any E Mails promptly and any messages were quickly responded to.I could not fault the service provided and would definately  recommend this firm .

They lied about having to get 'permission' from Barclays for a settlement offer. Upon discussions with Barclays, they advised me they had nothing to do with the debt anymore. Untrustworthy company.

My experience of Kearns was faultless. I was kept well informed and updated and the staff I met in the court were professional and experienced. The fix fee arrangement meant that I knew costs were affordable and reasonable. Highly recommend.

I had to constantly call them email them I was exhausted they kept delaying my letters it took 4 weeks to get some proper advice by this time the 2 months had dissipated so the tenants were still in the property a month later ! I still haven't had a response ! All solicitors tell lies in and abundance it's what they do ! I choose these has They were recommend ! I personally couldn't recommend them because I gave them all the documents and information and four weeks later I still haven't had a letter sent to the tenants

Well they have taken action against me so I may well be a little bit biased. Not a massive fan . However I have had a couple of communications with them and have found them fairly responsive.

Very very poor service and not trustworthy firm ,please be careful and stay away if u don’t want any fraud with you .

Worst solicitors ever!! No help whatsoever from the supposed "adviser". Tried to implement a repayment plan that was affordable for me without success. Very bad attitude, no care at all! Would give a big fat 0 if possible.

Sent me a ccj with no warning no phone calls no letters literally nothing , beware of these people
