The client portal sounded like a great idea but unfortunately after the first posting of information early in the sale, nothing else ever appeared, so I always had to phone to find out what was happening.  Towards the end I couldn't even get onto the portal as a message about updating the website kept popping up.  Rarely got through on the phone first time and call backs didn't always happen on the same day.  Busy time of year I guess - the summer - but still would have hoped for quicker responses on occasions.
