Received a good quote from Blossom Law solicitors. Shennell Richards dealt with our house conveyancing, very quick and always on the ball. Just wished that the initial quote had included filling out the HMRC form. I wasn't expecting an additional £100 to my final bill. Apart from that small hiccup everything else went really well. They always answered our calls and emails.

Booked an appointment on a Saturday morning to complete forms for identification purposes however no one was there. Received a useless email saying they missed the appointment on the Monday following.

Despite explaining my experience to Blossom Law nothing was done to put right the time and cost of the wasted morning.

Also, when I decided to leave the offices there was another person booked for an appointment which was not fulfilled either.
