Outstanding customer service!!! a true measure of service is when something doesn't go right in this case a faulty appliance so nothing directly to do with Howdens Both Adam and Dan have been first class in resolving the issue and going out of there way to help towards the completion of our kitchen.  As a family we have had a difficult period and not much luck but there service has helped to restore a little faith in humanity. We would recommend to anyone.  Thank you :-

Have tried and failed to design and potentially order a kitchen with Howdens with no luck. Was told that before I could get started I needed to supply my builders details, which I did, I even supplied floorplans for the project and chased the branch on a number of occasions via phone and email and have never heard anything back. Clearly not interested so have had to use another company for my kitchen.

some of the friendlier staff work at this Howdens, good sense of humour and a good laugh, great service all round. they are very knowledgeable too
