Same as the lady who rated it a one Liz... I am a man.. Went in three bloke's and a woman who worked there busy chatting amongst themselves. One unhelpful miserable man came over.. Explained what I was looking for.. Expected more from him than just.. 'We don't do them here' left before I said what I was thinking.. I am Black!!!!

Used plumbase for w while now, great shop always have had everything I need apart from one occasion and then they proceeded to direct me to another store that had the part I required. Ash from the showroom side seemed to know his stuff aswell.

If I could give none I would! Guy working there today did not listen to what I was asking for and totally dismissive. Not sure if it was because I'm a woman or just that he couldn't be bothered to move from his seat! Screwfix were much more helpful!!!

Good Service from Staff when ordering new shower door. I was phoned when the item was delivered to the store and they held it until I could collect it.
