Lovely place, but it seems like a lot of people walk their less than socialised dogs here, so even if your dog is nice and friendly, be prepared to put it on the lead and avoid close encounters.
I like the wildlife in the woods. It fills my bones with a satisfaction I can't explain.
Lovely woodland in the middle of two busy areas great walk with dogs and great nature aswell.

Such a beautiful place for a walk, even if it's cold outside.
Nothing special here. Overgrown, noisy roadside and so on. Could be better.
The place is nothing special. There was also a very creepy man who was drinking and scaring my children. I personally think there should be sign post signalling which way to go e.g Arrows etc. I will personally not go back.
First time stroll around a stunning nature reserve , makes you think your miles away and not smack bang in the middle of cardiff perfect for families , plenty adventures for the children , a hidden gem in the diff
Lovely 2km walk, lots of places to explore and search for minibeasts with little ones.
