Finally, regarding the Modus Operandi from last year,which has not been addressed at all. Crime report 36/17339/ PART 2 Further down this page it states that PC ?? attended scene Question; which day & at what time did PC ?? attend the scene? How long was he there for? Who was there when he attended? Did he view any cctv or gather any witness statements? Did he or any other police officer contact myself ,either on the day or anytime afterwards? Did any police officer at any time, request that I make a formal statement of account?Please can you explain what PVH means? I have only received a letter from Sgt ?? titled "concerning ;-anti social behaviour" So please clarify if this is the same as an ASB-Nuisance order? If not where is the ASB-Nuisance order? If this was then upgraded to a Sec5 POA Harassment,alarm or distress order Where is this copy & why was I never sent/given one? On my letter from Sgt ?? there is no notice of any time frame of how long this was forASBO nor was there any indication of how to appeal? Which I understand is on a community protection notice,so why no details included as to how to appeal or length of time in place? Who should have sent all relevant information to me.What was the timeframe that this should have been carried out in? I only learnt of an expiry date from ??. PC ?? stated to me that there were no cctv film viewed, nor were there any witness statements given into the police.Nor did he attend the surgery.Please clarify if this is correct? If it is correct as he stated ,where is the surgery's "proof" that all this alleged incident/crime actually did happen as they stated? Did the police just take the word of someone? If so who was it that made these allegations & why did the police believe them & accepted it verbally? Please give reasons & details of why this was? 16th March 2020 13.44pm Suspect related entry made by officer staff 36 5285 ??-call in to control room from Taryn Taylor??.She would like to speak to the officer dealing.She has received some paperwork from Acle medical practice saying that she is not to go there anymore.She is disputing the reasons for this.Says she was not violent in anyway.Believes her medical records have been tampered with.She is going to seek legal advice & would like to speak to the officer that attended the complaint from the surgery.Will also send email to attending officer. Question; I never said that I had received ANY notification from Acle surgery regarding this or being banned etc.Nothing at all ws sent to me by Acle.This was after receiving a letter from the NHS banning me because of an extreme incident that involved the police??? And one from the NHS Trust stating that I had been threatening,abusive etc..that I was a "mental patient with issues"??? And outlining the mental clinic with opening times ,if I need any medical care?!! So was it any police officer that has stated that I was a "mental patient with issues"? I have never been a mental patient ,in or as an outpatient.There are NO medical records existing for me as a mental patient.Which officer has stated that it was an extreme police incident? NB; ?? suggested in one of his emails ,that I was escorted off the premises? when & by whom?which officers attended?So who stated this ,please confirm that it was not from anyone of your officers? 24th March 2020 08.53am ASB RELATED ENTRY-officer -staff 36 383189 ??- stage 1 letter sent as requested by PC ?? Copy in document management. Question; why was this only sent 14 days after PC ?? had initially closed the case?
