I visited there last week and love the customer service. The sales person was very helpful, friendly and patient. He took his time to explain everything and was very patient when I was trying all the jackets. I love the quality of the jacket and they also gave me 1 year warranty. I am very happy with my purchase and loved the service.

Was about to purchase a jacket here back in 2020, but within a mere minute of an employee asking whether me and my friend needed any assistance and politely asked where we were from, he made insulting and somewhat racist remarks regarding our that and our ethnicity. Then I just said we're not interested and left the shop, but what a way to treat potential customers...

Nice leather jackets, really bad customer service. Start listening to your customers, you may be in business for many years, that doesn't mean you can ignore what your customers are asking you for. Learn manners.

We bought two jackets today with a combined price of £500. Now we checked the prices online and it should have been remarkably less! £304 Feel like ripped off. Is there an explanation?

I have been coming to this shop for many years for leather jackets & always very happy with purchases.  The staff are very friendly and helpful. They engage with you on what you want & help with getting you the best fitting jacket based on the style.  They have a vast selection of items and at good prices.  Highly recommended.

Got a new jacket from this place a couple of days ago. I love it. I have been looking for a jacket for a long time but I could never bring myself to buy one as I could not decide on a style. The guy who ran the shop was so helpful, I tried on loads and I did not feel pressured at all to purchase. He was not pushy but kind and patient in letting me try on so many. An amazing jacket and amazing price with a two year warranty included on all parts of the jacket. The quality is outstanding and I know it will serve me well for many many years. The leather is so soft. I can't recommend this place enough.

I had been looking for a well cut soft black biker jacket for ages. Affordable ones were poor quality and good ones cost the earth. I heard a lot about House of Leather in Camden High Street. Very impressed with quality, fit and service. Bought a biker jacket and I’m delighted with it and friends who’ve admired it simply don’t believe me when I tell them what I paid.
