These guys recovered my stolen car from the police and kept it safe until I could collect it.
Don't know much about the place but dealt with my dad very well. Only problem is no car parking for visitors or anywhere to sort your car out once it's past their gates
When my Volvo XC90 had a fault that meant it wouldn’t turn on Hough Green recovered my Car from my drive way via a vehicle Crain and took it back to the dealership. The driver was excellent, informed me of each step. He even took the time to spade back the gravel that had moved on my drive from the tracks. I would recommend this company. From initial contact via phone to the driver collection the customer service has been outstanding.

Terrible experience. I was hit by another vehicle which was taken to this garage. I was not allowed access to my vehicle as it was a 'police impound' and it was 'company policy'. I asked for proof of this policy and was told they couldn't provide me with such. The driver who collected the vehicle was outstanding though!
Had a car compounded by a customer. I went to get my car and they would not take a work credit card or my own credit card. They made me pay on my debit card, plus their machine wasn’t working so they charged me 3 times!
I had the unfortunate experience of been stranded with my freelander at forton services lastnight after the rac recovered me off the motorway and left me there. The job was then handed to this company who dealt with me and my broken landrover swiftly n recovered me back to carlisle. great communication and a good couple of lads that i dealt with, would highly recomend this company. Thanks for your help.
The staffwerereally friendly and very helpful. There was an issue with getting my car but it was soon resolved. Would reccomend this garage.
