Neil bentley did not bring the right parts for the radio and no fitting kit no cage to fit the radio with.

brilliant garage..been using for 16 years plus. hard to find such an honest and trustworthy mechanic.prices are more than reasonable. he also took my firebird barn find project under his wing and restored it and put it back on the road..his passion for cars is second to none. highly recommended.

Used this garage for years and had excellent service. They know their Saabs, they will advise on costs and they won't carry out unnecessary work.

Worst experience of our lives ! Knew the owner and family, took the car there having problems with it. Paid for a new engine on a bmw touring only the day after it was supposedly fitted the owners son stole the car high on drink and drugs crashed it and just for good measure fired it !! Said it " accidentally set on fire" but changed His kind in court. Fire brigade called and couldn't identify it , burnt beyond recognition . Police went to arrest son but he went awol, eventually found and sent to court. Was sent to prison for 6 months with no remorse just another pitiful excuse of he needed rehab!!! In the meanwhile we were offered the companies car to gets about. A car I wouldn't put my dog in let alone a child and plastered in the company name, like I wanted to promote this garage !!! Weekly I had to collect money to hire a car again out of my way, no apology just basically wasn't my fault... Still out of pocket for an engine we didn't get use of . Garage claim it was worth nothing when you brought it in, we made it worth X by putting the new engine in ???? No proof it actually ever went in ? So the son comes out and guess what back working for the garage !!! Now I'm no brain surgeon but surely the father is as negligible as the son for allowing him to work as a mechanic with 16 previous Car convictions and had stolen and fired a previous car? So my advise would be !!! Stay well clear .....
