Me and my aunt recently had the pleasure of staying here during my visit to Dublin, and I must say, it was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish.nnFirst and foremost, the location of the hotel couldn't have been more perfect. Situated on O'Connell Street, in the heart of the city, it offered easy access to all the attractions and amenities we wanted to explore during our stay.nnThe rooms here were nothing short of luxurious. From the moment we stepped into the room, we was impressed by the attention to detail and the exquisite decor. The room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need for a comfortable stay.nnHowever, what truly set the hotel apart was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment we arrived, we was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff members were incredibly polite, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was nothing short of perfect. Their professionalism and friendliness truly made us feel valued as guests.nnThe hotel's decor exuded a sense of sophistication and charm. Every corner was beautifully designed, creating a welcoming and elegant ambiance throughout the property.nnAs for the dining experience, the restaurant inside the hotel surpassed all expectations. The food served was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Each dish was a culinary delight.nnOur stay here was nothing short of exceptional. From the prime location to the impeccable rooms, outstanding service, and delectable dining options, every aspect of our experience exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly unforgettable stay in Dublin.nnThank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable.nnI look forward to returning in the future.
A lovely hotel, room was really comfortable, staff were very friendly and helpful.nFood was excellent, a superb breakfast with plenty of options, all well prepared.nThe location is brilliant, right next to the Aircoach set down point, various open top tour buses and an easy stroll to the shopping and bar areas.nReally couldn't fault our midweek stay.
This was one of the best hotels we ever stayed, we regret it was so short! Perfect location in the city centre close to everything. Super friendly staff who treats their clients with kindness, smile and professionalism. We were extremely grateful for early check-in. Very good breakfast with variety of food. Highly recommended! Thank you
I will start off by saying we were part of a tour group, so I can't comment on the price since it was included. Also, we are Americans if that ways on your opinion. Probably, the best aspect was the location. Great shopping, sightseeing restaurants were all within walking distance.nWe didn't like the room. It seemed very non descriptive. It was big enough, but felt to sterile, no personality. And no coffee for our American friends.
Fourth visit in 30 years and second in 18months. It was once a beautiful slice of iconic Irish history. Now it is just a clinical commercial enterprise who do not reward loyalty with no customer service whatsoever and is so disappointing… the Reno’s are not in empathy with the history of this once beautiful hotel. I will now need recommendations for other hotels in Dublin. I appreciate the reply now received from the hotel however I did raise my concerned whilst in residence and nothing was done address my concerns - also you can’t call the hotel directly you must go through a call centre - I live the original Gresham but cannot recommend it now it simply is a big corporate hotel and not a home away from home. We will sadly not stay there again and couldn’t recommend it friends / family as I previously have.
