An absolutely lovely hotel situated in a great location in Dublin.nThe hotel itself and also our room is spotlessly clean. It has a nice ambience about it too. All the staff are very professional and always helpful. Everything about the hotel is first class.nIf there's one thing that could make it better, that would be having the ability to alter the rooms air conditioning, it was a little hot for us. As we stayed for only 3 nights it didn't bother us too much
I stayed at the RIU Plaza Gresham Hotel with my mum for a few nights on our first trip to Dublin, and we had a wonderful stay. The hotel is very centrally located with excellent transport links, so everywhere we wanted to visit was easily accessible.nOur room was immaculate and spacious. When we first arrived, the room was quite cold and we couldn’t work out the heating, but the maintenance manager quickly came to fix the settings and also provided us with an electric heater to warm the room up. This was sorted promptly and didn’t cause any further disruption to our stay.nThe hotel bars and restaurants were also fantastic, with a wide range of options available. The cocktails — particularly the Flirtini — were delicious. The restaurant also serves scones with cream and jam throughout the day, and I have to say it was one of the tastiest scones I’ve ever had: warm, light and fluffy.nThe staff were excellent throughout our stay. I didn’t manage to get everyone’s names, but the following staff members were especially helpful and friendly: Laura, Luna, Candela and Daniel. They really couldn’t do enough to help.nDue to the excellent location and service, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Dublin.
We stayed for two nights recently for our wedding anniversary. Right from the moment we entered the hotel we experienced a professional and friendly approach by all the staff. Particular mention of the cleaning staff who work hard and looked after our room to a high standard. Check in was very straightforward and although we arrived early, expecting to just leave our luggage, our room was ready for occupation which was great. Lovely breakfasts and we also had a meal in Toddys brasserie one night which again was very nice. All aspects of the hotel are to be praised and we look forward to future stays at the Gresham.
Stayed here on the 1st and 2nd off march 2026 beautiful hotel . Excellent location next to all the pubs restaurants temple bar. The staff in the hotel from the greeters to the cleaning staff are so nice. The staff service at the lounge are so lovely and can't do enough for you. Omg I don't know were to Start on the breakfast had absolutely everything from boiled egg's scrambled fried bacon links black pudding fried bread then all your cereals continental breakfast all your muffins pancakes croissants fruite juice every tea you can think off and coffee and fresh fruit. Would I go back 100% absolutely
A fantastic experience. The hotel is ideally situated and is a beautiful building with excellent facilities. The rooms are spotless with comfortable beds and a spacious shower. Breakfast provided a great choice to suit everyones tastes. I was especially impressed with the selection of nuts, seeds and fruit to accompany the cereal.nThe staff are both professional and friendly. Everyone said hello and were more than happy to help. I had a very good dinner and drinks in one of the bars and was impressed with the service. I would happily stay here again and would also recommend the hotel to friends and family.
