Our stay was very enjoyable. Location was great for what we had planned for the week in Dublin. We felt safe and comfortable.nOur flight arrived in the A.M. and went directly to the Hotel. The room was not available but they offered to store our bags until we were given our room. We did ask for and was denied the option of eating the Breakfast Buffet that was included with our room for that morning. Not even a cup of coffee or water was offered. This is a courtesy that should have been extended to anyone getting in that early.nYou have to use your room key to keep the lights on in the room upon entering. The room and bathroom were very clean. Make sure to bring a plug adapter for any chargers you may have.nBeds were comfortable and had a Duvet to sleep under.nCoffee was an instant pack with a Teapot to warm the water.nThe staff was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.
Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Dublin!nnI had an excellent stay at the Riu Plaza The Gresham Dublin. The hotel beautifully blends historic charm with modern comfort, and the location on O’Connell Street is perfect for exploring the city.nnThe room was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of fresh and tasty options to choose from. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay.nnOverall, a superb experience.
Absolutely loved our 2 nights here! Historic hotel close to everything. Very well maintained and the bed was so comfortable. Reception and staff fantastic. There are ice machines on every floor and the sustainable bottle in the room was fantastic… will definitely come again
Excellent hotel and perfect location for a visit to Dublin. The rooms are very comfortable; breakfast is comprehensive - suiting every taste and appetite! Professional, knowledgeable and helpful staff added to the quality and enjoyment of our stay.nOne slight negative on the hard floors in corridors which leads to noisy footsteps, doors closing and talking. However, this is tolerable and we would certainly choose the Gresham again - next time!
Can't go wrong with this place! Well situated in the hustle and bustle of Dublin, attentive, friendly, and professional staff, well run busy spot with exceptional breakfast. Rooms are spacious and modern, restaurant and bar on the premises and airport bus stops right in front of the hotel. All the attractions accessible on foot as are multiple shopping and good establishments. It's also on a busy street with bus transportation, so you are set to explore the city and beyond. Very enjoyable place which is quite busy, yet efficient and they were able to provide room before advertised check in time!!! You won't be disappointed!
