Rooms were ok and staff was very friendly. BUT it is unbelievable noisy. Under the Hotel there is a Pub witch plays loud music in the night. We booked this hotel to sleep one night before the next long roadtrip. This was clearly the wrong choice!Rooms: 2/5
Cosy, warm and very clean. Room and ensuite a good size, very comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Good value for money.
Conveniently placed for the South parade. Clean inside, bit of a rabbit warren to find the rooms. Friendly, not a problem to ask for extras/ late checkoutRooms: 4/5
The staff there was very friendly and we were provided with room service! The room was kept clean, lovely views and amenities around us. Easy access to the beach and some quality fish and chips. The only downside was the very loud neighbours we had and there was a clanging sound every time water was used. Everything you need for £45.
Lovely, clean and spacious room, never had any problems, rooms get cleaned every morning, WiFi is good, but the highlight for me was the position of the hotel, you are in a town centre with the beach at the end of your street. The people of whitley bay are very friendly and welcoming.
Stayed with my partner for 2 nights , Thursday and Friday 3/4th March room spotlessly clean, staff extremely friendly and helpful at all times, Highly recommended, will be going back in Summer to stay.Rooms: 5/5

Staff were brilliant to accommodate myself hubby and young son it was a short notice booking and staff were brilliant was giving a lovely room at the front very clean everything we needed could not fault this place would definitely stay again many thanks for a great stay Rooms: 5/5
No frills bed for a night. Basic, think youth hostel. Clean. Comfy bed. Warm, v cold night but heating was good. Curtains bit flimsy let in draft and light. No hot water in the morning , all morning, showering like something out a prison movie. I swear the water was pumped direct from the North Sea. Good pressure but Baltic! That's why I scored a three. Nice staff, front of house v friendly and helpful. All in all you get what you pay for so I think £40 for a massive warm, room with beds and TV good.
