Stacey was lovely supportive in a difficult time.I bought a lovely product.Different from a nearby Charity where even though they do have products the Customer Service was poor.I will recommend this charity there is a back door bric n brac collection and there are many beautiful vintage products. But most of all the way the Lady got the shop tidy and organized and she was a nice human being made all the difference.Tks!
It's a great vintage store. They had all kinds of cool things. Going down into the basement, they had all kinds pictures, books, records, and just all kinds of things. They actually had some very cool James Bood 007 movie Memorabilia. Clothes, jewelry, furniture, you just never know what you will find since it constantly changes. Lastly, it all helps a good cause.
I ve been a buying from there for almost 2 years buying all my kitchen staff from there and totally please with friendly atmosphere till yesterday a new lady called Stacy is really rude . I explained that I find difficulty with small change yet she insisted to give them to me and ended it very rudely we are closed now. Next day I took a heater which she didn't even try before displaying it as the box looked new yet I carried it all the way home and then back to the shop as it it didn't work at all and she refused to give me back the money and said no for the change issue of yesterday. If she said sorry I can't or it is our system to give you a cash back note that u can use later it would be fine . Instead she refused in a way I can but won't with an aggressive manner challenging my behaviour. Of course I won't use her disgraceful manner and I took the note and left the shop hoping in 3 months she would be gone for good.
I have been to all of the charity shops in the area in the last few days, and I had by far the best experience here. Store was well organized, clean, and bright. Nice man greeted me when I came in. Prices were very reasonable. Best of all, they had a £5 dress rack and a half price rack of clothing. Bought a great top on sale for £6. Highly recommend this lovely charity shop!
Great small shop with lots of different options. Good spacious changing room. Extra back room with small amount of bric-a-brac and bed linen. Staff are friendly and polite
Lovely people running this shop - helped me out right as they were closing and were so kind about it. I bought some beautiful items including an amazing pure wool Scottish throw for bargain prices.
Bought an amazing vintage chair at a super reasonable price compared to antique stores/Ebay etc. ! This shop has a great vintage home decor selection including furniture, bric-a-brac etc. Highly recommend. Lovely staff too!
Friendly, helpful staff, plenty of books, kitchenware and DVDs you wouldn't find at other charity stores. Good discounts on clothes.
Donated some clothes here and received a letter from them a few months later telling me how much my donations have raised. Have visited a few times and enjoyed the books and vinyls section!
Love this charity shop. If you’re giving they are really organised and are generous receivers. They are organised and follow up to give you tax back on your donations. Best giving experience to a charity shop I’ve had.
