Handy if you require the usual DIY stuff, but not the big selection you find in other stores.

Needed a new bathroom and kitchen, initially dubious because I had read some bad reviews. Went to the Gainsborough store and have been really pleased. My bathroom has just been completed and Im thrilled with it. Big shout out to Mark for the designs and all the helpful shop staff, also the installers who were a great bunch and did a top job.

They mixed some paint for my wife. It was not sealed properly or taped and consequently spilt all over the car. Apparently this is not their problem and they are not interested in helping us sort the damage their negligence caused.
