Very friendly staff and cozy place and good prices. Try it with confidence.
Always a nice atmosphere, drinks are reasonable prices too. Only downside no music so have to make your own conversation. Nice place to meet friends for a catch up if it's been long you've not seen each other.

Nice old fashioned pub. Food was typical pub grub. Cheap and cheerful
Home cooked food. good old traditional pub. friendly staff and good atmosphere. went there on saturday and they had a good band. have a friend who lives near by and goes there all the time. Will definitely try and go again on Saturday night.
Bit weird going in a pub in this climate. But great set up friendly and welcoming staff who are doing their bit during this pandemic really enjoyed myself thumbs up guys great job.

Called in for a warming cup of tea on the way to catch a train home in the evening. Warm, accommodating welcome. Love the traditional interior and the Christmas decorations are nice.
