Excellent advice and a beautiful store with so much choice. I always thought Hopewells would be a very expensive store but the price was as good as anywhere else for what we wanted, and with far better service!
A very large selection of furniture for the home, although it does come with a high end price tag. Furniture is amazing and spread over a couple of floors, half way round stop for a drink at the small cafe with outdoor space too. But where have all the bedroom furniture and beds gone?
Love this store, gives me aspiration for lovely furnishings. Staff leave you alone to wander after enquiring if you need help. Great coffee shop too.
Not only are the products of very high quality in general but the service level is excellent. They have a deep sense of "customer" in fact it took me back to the days that I used to work at G A Dunn and Co as a manager when gentlemen used to come for fitted suits and tweed jackets and everybody was called sir. Madam had a seat and was well looked after with tea and coffee whilst sir was persuaded to try on probably the only things he would buy for the next 10 years LOL. I use this analogy because this is like hopewells you going you get served extremely well you get looked after as a customer and when you buy something it will last you a long time. The experience of buying at hopewells is as good as the products themselves. It is a family business in fact I was served by one of the directors and I spoke briefly with one of the family. Our family has a long history with hopewells and after having an horrendous experience with a retail chain and finally went for quality and was amazed that it did not come with a Premium price tag. I'm extremely happy with my purchase but what I'm most happy about is the service. It took me almost 3 hours to buy a sofa and a bed but I actually feel that I was listened to and that I was asked questions I hadn't thought of and I was not push towards the most expensive product in fact far from it! I sincerely believe hopewells have the customer experience and our interests at heart. Well done and a fabulous 10 out of 10 review from me. Finally before I go the rooftop cafe in the summer is Glorious but if you're in the city centre it is worth popping in to the cafe here as they do some very nice food!
Been looking for a sofa and chair for months decided to go to Hopewells . What a fanfastic store everyone were so helpful and friendly, we finally chose a sofa and chair so many to choose from was served well by Steve . He was so patient with us as I chose a sofa paid a deposit went home and changed my mind only to go back the next day to choose again . He was so helpful and understanding a real credit to Hopewells All in all the service we got from start to finish was 5 star , will definitely be the first store we go to for any furniture needed in the future, can’t wait to receive our order. And a big thanks to Steve for the coffee .
Me and my wife love the store, there is some very good discounts you just have to look for them. Friendly staff are happy to help. Also worthwhile having a look at the new discount section in store
Great interior shop. If you want one off pieces or just nice quality furniture and home accessories this is the place. They do lovely mirrors, coffee tables and console tables. They also have a very large selection of carpets and rugs. The bedroom department has loads of beds to choose from also

Huge inside with some really nice pieces of furniture.
Very poor service, we ordered an expensive sofa that within 6 months was touching the floor in the middle. The sofa should have feet in the middle to support it, they have offer to add some feet but there's no holes for them so this suggests it's a manufacturing fault. No offer of extended warrantee, everytime I ring up no one rings back. Just painful to deal with. Wouldn't recommend.
