My family and I have used Hopes Pharmacy for 40 years both Mountain Ash and Penrhiwceiber and the pharmist and staff  have always been genuinely interested in helping us whether with a prescription or advice most recently with my granddaughters chapped lips they were absolutely brilliant with her.

Staff have always been friendly, quick with prescriptions and offering a professional service and compare favourably with any other pharmacy I've used. Recommended.

Always helpful and friendly been going there for years

Went to pick up meds today am exempt under current government advice from wearing a face mask I was told I couldn't enter the shop without one I was wearing my exemption card they then proceeded to ask why I was exempt with customers in the shop and behind me I have limited breathing capacity due to copd and apparently this wasn't good enough for not wearing a mask will be making a formal complaint

Extremely rude staff. Prejudiced staff and disgusting customer service. Will never go here again. Do not go here! Would give 0 stars!
